Deposit Policy

A $100 deposit is required to confirm your appointment; this goes towards your total and is non-refundable. The payment info will be sent once you’ve received an email reply to your request form and picked a date for your appointment - An appointment date cannot be held until a deposit has been received. Speedy email responses from you help book your ideal date!

A deposit is transferable to one reschedule with at least 2 days cancellation notice.

Your deposit is forfeited if you:

Reschedule sooner than 2 days before your appointment

Are more than 30 minutes late

Reschedule an appointment that was booked from a reschedule/last-minute opening

Reschedule the same appointment more than once (Note: excessive rescheduling may result in permanent cancellation of the appointment)
