Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to confirm your appointment; $200 deposit for a standard appointment, $300 for large-scale appointments (typically for designs over 9”ish or full-day).
This goes towards your total and is non-refundable. The payment info will be sent once you’ve received an email reply to your request form and picked a date for your appointment - An appointment date cannot be held until a deposit has been received. Speedy email responses from you help book your ideal date!
A deposit is transferable to one reschedule with at least 2 days cancellation notice.
Your deposit is forfeited if you:
Reschedule sooner than 2 days before your appointment
Are more than 30 minutes late
Reschedule an appointment that was booked from a reschedule/last-minute opening
Reschedule the same appointment more than once (Note: excessive rescheduling may result in permanent cancellation of the appointment)
The holiday season is a high-cancellation time of year for service workers
Due to this, at least 1 week (7 days) of notice to reschedule is required to keep an initial deposit for appointments between December 1st and January 30th.
Rescheduling with less notice is still very okay and much preferred to a no-show, you will just be required to put down a new deposit for the new appointment date
